摘要
Abstract
To enhance the continuity and precision of post-tonsillectomy monitoring in children, this paper presents the design and evaluation of a wearable monitoring system.Integrating flexible e-skin,millimeter-wave radar, and a wrist-worn accelerometer, the system was used to collect clinical data from 30 pediatric patients undergoing tonsillectomy in a tertiary hospital. It enabled the continuous acquisition of multi-dimensional physiological rhythm parameters, including body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep, and activity levels.A systematic analysis was conducted to examine the correlations between these parameters and FLACC/VAS pain scores,as well as the incidence of postoperative complications. The experimental results demonstrate that the wearable system can effectively monitor physiological rhythms in children after surgery. The abnormal rhythm indicators showed a significant correlation with pain levels and an increasing trend associated with complications, indicating the system's potential for early warning of postoperative risks.关键词
