Abstract
To address the issues of high complexity in collaborative management among multiple operators and the functional limitations of traditional network management systems under the 5G network co-construction and sharing model,this paper designs and builds an operation management platform that integrates unified management of site resources,automated electricity billing,and abnormality warning functions.By adopting a research methodology that combines"demand analysis,system development,data modeling,and empirical verification,"the platform achieves core functions such as centralized resource control,electricity consumption baseline modeling,automated electricity billing verification,and abnormality warning.Empirical results show that the platform significantly enhances the automation and refinement level of 5G co-construction and sharing management,achieving a reduction in operating costs of over 2 million yuan in 2024.It provides key technical support and practical paths for collaborative construction among multiple operators.关键词
