机器人辅助与腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗cT1期肾癌的疗效比较
Comparison of the efficacy between robot-assisted and laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of cT1 renal cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(RAPN)and lapa-roscopic partial nephrectomy(LPN)in the treatment of cT1 renal cell carcinoma.Methods:Clinical data of patients with cT1 renal cell carcinoma who underwent RAPN(n=79)or LPN(n=76)from Jan.2021 to Jun.2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Perioperative outcomes,postoperative pain scores,postoperative quality of life scores(assessed by the functional assessment of cancer therapy-gener-al),changes in serum creatinine levels,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the LPN group,the RAPN group demonstrated significantly shorter operative time,warm ischemic time,postoperative hospital stay,and total hos-pital stay.The RAPN group had less intraoperative blood loss and lower conversion rate.Postoperative pain was less severe in the RAPN group,as indicated by lower pain scores at 24 and 72 h.Quality of life assessments revealed higher functional assessment of cancer thera-py-general scores in the RAPN group at 1 and 3 months postoperatively.Serum creatinine levels were lower in the RAPN group on post-operative day 1,day 7,and at 1 and 3 months.The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the RAPN group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with LPN,RAPN can significantly improve perioperative-related indicators,reduce postoperative pain,enhance quality of life,improve serum creatinine levels,and decrease the incidence of complications in the treatment of cT1 stage renal cell carci-noma.RAPN provides a more targeted reference for the selection of surgical procedures for clinical patients with cT1 stage renal cell car-cinoma.关键词
