Abstract
High-quality development is the primary task for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.An important focus for promoting high-quality development is developing new quality productive forces.The core element of new quality productive forces is the new-type worker.Trade unions are mass organizations of the working class led by the Party,formed voluntarily by workers and staff,possessing the unique advantage of close ties with workers.Based on the new tasks of the era,trade unions must,according to the new changes in workers' employment forms,labor skills,and labor relations,play the roles of innovative organizer,precise educator,and rule-of-law defender.Trade unions should comprehensively shape the new-type worker through innovative organizational methods,conducting precise education,and enhancing workers' rule of law literacy,thereby meeting the objective requirements of developing new quality productive forces and making new contributions to high-quality development and the comprehensive building of a modern socialist country.关键词
