玉屏风颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗反复呼吸道感染儿童的临床研究
Efficacy of Yupingfeng Granules Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in the Treatment of Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection and Its Effects on Immune Function

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the efficacy of Yupingfeng granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)and its effects on immune function.Methods:From 2022 to 2023,totally 121 children with RRTI admitted into our hospital were extracted to be randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and experimental group(n=61)via random number table method.The control group received conventional basic Western medicine treatment,while experimental group was given Yupingfeng granules and S.boulardii powder on the basis of control group.The efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,immune function indicators,inflammatory factor indicators,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),and adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8 levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while IgA,IgG,IgM,IL-2 and IGF-1 levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules combined with S.boulardii can effectively enhance the immune function of children with RRTI,improve the clinical symptoms,with high safety and prominent efficacy.关键词
