地方高校研究生学科思政建设的探索与实践

Abstract
Postgraduate education represents the pinnacle of higher education,playing a central role in the integrated development of education,technology,and talent,and bearing the crucial mission of cultivating high-level professionals.Disciplinary ideological and political education integrates value guidance throughout the entire process of knowledge impartation and capability cultivation,serving as a significant strategic measure and innovative pathway for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This paper first expounds on the historical inevitability of disciplinary ideological and political education in postgraduate education under current circumstances.Secondly,it delves into the intrinsic essence of disciplinary ideological and political education,characterized by its"subtle influence",and its unique value derived from the dialectical unity of"implicit and explicit"elements.Furthermore,it provides a profound analysis of the urgency and practical challenges in advancing disciplinary ideological and political education amidst multiple challenges,including the rise of interdisciplinary studies,difficulties faced by local universities,and the increasingly complex nature of the student body.Finally,taking the Mechanical Engineering discipline at Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as a case study,it explores the"12345"disciplinary ideological and political education model,which innovatively relies on the"Three-Three"Party-building work model,offering theoretical insights and practical references for the development of disciplinary ideological and political education in universities in the new era.关键词
