红医精神赋能新医科人才培养的内在逻辑、价值意蕴和实践进路
The Red Medical Spirit in empowering the internal logic,value connotation and practical approach of new medical talent training
摘要
Abstract
As the essence of the value of red health culture,the Red Medical Spirit is a key component of the spiritual genealogy of the Communist Party of China.Integrating the Red Medical Spirit into the new medical talent training system will not only help medical students improve their practical innovation ability,cultivate proper professional ethics and firm political beliefs,but also help inherit red medical genes and strengthen cultural self-confidence.This paper systematically explains the internal relationship between the Red Medical Spirit and the training of new medical talents from three levels:internal logic,value connotation and practical approach,clarifies its core value in medical education in the new era,and proposes a three-dimensional integrated implementation framework with environmental infiltration,curriculum construction and technology dissemination as the core,so as to integrate the Red Medical Spirit into modern medical education and cultivate new medical talents that meet the requirements of the people.关键词
