The experience and enlightenment of ideological and political work for medical personnel during the Soviet Area period
摘要
Abstract
During the Soviet Area period,in order to improve the combat effectiveness of the Red Army,promote the healthy development of medical and health undertakings,and strengthen the education and transformation of foreign medical personnel,the Communist Party of China attached great importance to the ideological and political work of medical personnel.The Communist Party of China has built a politically firm and technologically competent medical and health team by strengthening political theory education,carrying out educational and practical activities to serve the military and civilians,strictly enforcing discipline in medical work with honesty and integrity,and implementing policies of unity,education,and transformation.In the new era and on a new journey,to continue doing well in the ideological and political work of medical personnel,we need to draw on the valuable experience of the Soviet Area period,adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,combine ideological issues with practical issues,and promote innovation in work methods and approaches.关键词
