温度对番茄潜叶蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响
Effects of Temperature on the Growth,Development,and Reproduction of Tuta absoluta

Abstract
This study aimed to clarify the effect of temperature on the growth,development,and reproduction of Tuta absoluta(Meyrick),to determine its developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature,and to provide a scientific basis for forecasting and integrated control.Under constant temperatures of 15,20,25,30,and 35℃,developmental duration at each life stage,survival rate,and adult fecundity were determined,and an experimental population life table was constructed.Results showed that within the temperature range of 15 to 30℃,the developmental duration of each stage shortened with increasing temperature,and the generation time decreased from 61.92 d to 19.62 d.At 35℃,development was severely inhibited,only a small proportion of eggs hatched,while larvae and pupae failed to complete development,indicating that population continuation was no longer possible.Adult longevity generally decreased with increasing temperature,from 30.95 d to 13.18 d.The highest mean fecundity per female was observed at 25℃(178.43 eggs),followed by 20℃,whereas fecundity was markedly lower at 15 and 30℃,with 67.86 and 36.07 eggs detected,respectively,indicating a significant decline in reproductive capacity.Life table analysis showed that the intrinsic rate of increase(0.167 3),net reproductive rate(67.38),and finite rate of increase(1.182 1)all reached their maximum at 25℃,therefore,it was suggesting that approximately 25℃is the optimal temperature for growth,development,and reproduction of Tuta absoluta.关键词
