益肾泄浊方高位灌肠结合西药治疗G3A2期糖尿病肾病临床研究
Yishen Xiezhuo Prescription High-position Enema Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Stage G3A2 Diabetes Kidney Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the influences of Yishen Xiezhuo prescription high-position enema combined with western medicine in the treatment of Stage G3A2 diabetes kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 104 patients with stage G3A2 DKD were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group was treated with Yishen Xiezhuo prescription high-position enema on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,renal function indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TCM syndrome scores,creatinine,24-hour urinary albumin quantification,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yishen Xiezhuo prescription high-position enema combined with conventional Western medicine treatment has a good curative effect on stage G3A2 DKD,which can further improve patients'clinical symptoms,renal function indexes and alleviate inflammatory response.关键词
