基于温病理论探析清热凉血滋阴法在银屑病中的应用
Application of Heat-clearing Blood-cooling Yin-nourishing Method in Psoriasis Based on Febrile Disease Theory
摘要
Abstract
The onset of psoriasis is characterized by invasion of external pathogenic factors,internal invasion of toxic pathogen and heat pathogen lying in blood,with plaques as the prominent manifestation at onset of psoriasis,conforming to the features of febrile disease:attacking by the dominant evil,pathogen lying in blood and progression from Qi to blood.Clearing heat,cooling blood and nourishing Yin was adopted as therapeutic principles based on febrile disease theory,the prescriptions chose Qingying decoction,which could clear heat in nutrient phase,cool blood phase and nourish nutrient Yin,and Daochi powder for clearing heat and cooling blood,nourishing Yin and clearing heart,playing the role of expelling pathogenic factors from nutrient phase to Qi phase,clearing away the heat in blood phase,and nourishing Yin-fluid,which could provide new thinking for syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis.关键词
