《四部医典》含乌头组方应用规律研究
A Study on the Application Patterns of Classical Formulations Containing Aconite in the Four Tantras

Abstract
Objective:To provide the reference for clinical rational drug use by studying the classical formulations containing aconite in the Four Tantras.Methods:The formulations containing aconite in the Four Tantras were collected to establish the database,Excel was applied to analyze the prescriptions,compatibility and pulse taking,and R version 4.0.3 was used to conduct association rules analysis and cluster analysis.Results:All 134 formulations and 208 Tibetan herbs were identified,and most of them were commonly used for treating poisoning disorders and febrile diseases in the Four Tantras,and the drugs with a frequency of use≥20 times could be divided into detoxifying agents,bile(pitta)-regulating medicines,blood-cleansing medicines,heat-clearing medicines,wound-healing medicines and tonic medicine.Association rule analysis has yielded 35 drug combinations containing aconite.Cluster analysis obtained ten herb combinations,among them,the herb pairs containing aconite exhibited a high degree of homogeneity.Conclusion:In clinical practice,aconite is frequently combined with detoxifying agents,bile(pitta)-regulating medicines,blood-cleansing medicines,heat-clearing medicines,wound-healing medicines and tonic medicine,its therapeutic effects and indications are well-targeted and demonstrate high clinical utility.关键词
