居民健康科普核心内容体系的构建
Construction of a core content system for resident health science popularization

Abstract
Objective:Residents'health problems are becoming increasingly prominent,while public health knowledge remains insufficient.There is an urgent need to establish a comprehensive core content system for health science popularization to improve public health literacy.This study constructed a core content system for resident health science popularization,aiming to enhance residents'health literacy,provide scientific guidance for health educators,and promote the effective dissemination of health information Methods:Based on literature review and group discussions,a two-round Delphi method was used to score and screen health science popularization content for residents,thereby constructing the core content system.The analytic hierarchy process was applied to construct a judgment matrix and determine the combined weights of indicators at all levels to ensure the scientific validity and operability of the system. Results:A core content system for resident health science popularization was established,consisting of 3 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 92 third-level indicators.The effective response rate of expert questionnaires in both rounds was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.89.The Kendall's coefficients of concordance in the first and second rounds were 0.171 and 0.107,respectively,both showing statistical significance compared with the null hypothesis(complete disagreement among experts)(P<0.001). Conclusion:The core content system for resident health science popularization constructed in this study has a reasonable structure and clear hierarchy,with both scientific validity and operability,and can provide a reference for improving residents'health literacy and standardizing primary-level health education work.关键词
