摘要

Abstract

For high-permeability ion-adsorption rare earth mines,the liquid collection rate of the tunnel liquid collection project under empirical design is low.It has greatly affected the resource recovery rate of the mine.Based on the production data from a certain rare earth mine,the reasons for the low liquid collection rate in the high-permeability mine tunnel liquid collection project were analyzed.Then an design optimization method for tunnel liquid collection project was proposed.Firstly,divide the injection zones and set the density of injection holes for each zone.Secondly,based on the density of injection holes for each zone,design the excavation directions of the main tunnel,auxiliary tunnel,and branch tunnel,and ensure that the distance between the tunnel engineering and the injection group holes is minimized.Thirdly,on the premise of ensuring safety,the spacing between auxiliary and branch tunnels should be controlled to the minimum value according to the strength of the ore body,thereby increasing the controlled area of the tunnel roof.Through the verification of the implementation effect on the mining,the liquid collection rate of the tunnel collection project can be increased by more than 20%.
