Abstract
With the introduction of a series of carbon emission restriction policies,such as carbon quotas and carbon tariffs,the role of reducing carbon emissions in industrial products in enhancing international competitiveness and economic efficiency has become increasingly significant.Consequently,the demand for accurate carbon emission calculations for various products has grown substantially.However,the industrial sector faces considerable challenges in achieving accurate carbon emission measurements due to the wide variety of products,complex and diverse manufacturing processes,and issues such as low data monitoring accuracy and inconsistent strategies.This paper focuses on several high-carbon emission typical industrial products,constructs a carbon emission database covering the entire product lifecycle,develops a data quality evaluation system,proposes a data sensitivity analysis and data cleaning mechanism to ensure the reliability of lifecycle data,and lays the foundation for precise measurements.Based on the production process data of various products,accurate carbon emission calculations for the entire product lifecycle are achieved.关键词
