思政育人视域下高校学风建设路径探究

Abstract
The construction of academic style in colleges and universities is an effective way for"double first-class"colleges and universities to carry out employment work.Taking the L College of China Agricultural University as an example,this paper explores the path of academic style education for college students under the perspective of ideological and political education,analyzes undergraduate learning motivation,academic planning,academic difficulties and help-seeking behavior,and finds problems such as students'unsustainable learning motivation,unscientific academic planning,and single academic evaluation.The paper proposes implementation strategies for academic style construction from five key levels:awareness establishment,atmosphere creation,path exploration,student growth,and value guidance.The study aims to focus on students through innovative methods such as peer tutoring and the"double tower"model of academic education,build a"four-dimensional"education system,highlight the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and create a new pattern of academic style construction.关键词
