摘要

Abstract

In the context of building a"Strong Educational Nation",China has been committed to improving educational quality and cultivating more high-quality talents,with labor education playing a crucial role in the entire educational system.As a key stage for talent cultivation,higher education also needs to integrate labor education into its curriculum.Labor education helps students develop practical skills and deepen their understanding and mastery of engineering training courses.Through team-based labor projects,students learn to collaborate,communicate,and cooperate with others,fostering a sense of teamwork.By engaging in hands-on activities,students gain a better understanding of professional requirements,enhancing their professional competence and ethics.Students with practical experience are more likely to stand out in the job market,increasing their employment opportunities.
