The Application of Aptamer Functionalized Porous Organic Framework Materials in Sample Pretreatment

Abstract
Porous organic framework materials,such as metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),cova-lent organic frameworks(COFs),hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks(HOFs)and microporous or-ganic networks(MONs),possess notable characteristics including good chemical stability,structur-al diversity,tunable pore size,high specific surface area and ease of functionalization.These prop-erties endow them with significant application potential in the field of separation and analysis.Howev-er,the extraction efficiency and selectivity of pristine porous organic framework materials for target analytes are often unsatisfactory.Aptamers are single-stranded DNA or RNA molecules that exhibit high specificity and affinity towards particular targets.Aptamer-functionalized porous organic frame-work materials combine the advantages of porous frameworks,such as structural diversity,large sur-face area and ease of functionalization with the high specificity and convenient immobilization proper-ties of aptamers.This integration provides a powerful platform strategy for the highly efficient and se-lective separation and enrichment of trace targets from complex matrices.This review summarizes the selection of aptamers,the preparation of aptamer-functionalized porous organic framework materials,and their applications in various techniques,including magnetic solid-phase extraction,solid-phase microextraction,membrane separation,and magnetic separation-based detection.Finally,an outlook on future development was presented.关键词
