系统思维视角下师范教育教师职业能力培养路径探析

Abstract
This paper,grounded in systems thinking theory and set against the backdrop of the"Double Reduction"policy,explores innovative pathways to optimize the cultivation of normal students'professional competencies from three dimensions:holism,interrelation,and dynamism.The study posits that normal education should reconstruct a system of training objectives that aligns with national policies and societal needs,build an open,interdisciplinary knowledge structure to facilitate the integration of theory and practice,focus on family-school-community collaborative education to enhance comprehensive educational capabilities,integrate information technology to foster digital teaching literacy,plan ahead for future educational trends,and establish mechanisms for continuous improvement.关键词
