Progress in Synthesis and Application of Z-type Perfluoropolyethers(Meth)Acrylate Prepolymers
摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically reviewed the synthesis methods of Z-type perfluoropolyether(meth)acrylate prepolymers(including esterification,isocyanate reactions),and explored their applications in photocurable resins.The results demonstrated that these fluorinated resins significantly reduce coating refractive indices(1.32~1.38),enhance hydrophobicity(water contact angle>110°),and exhibit excellent performance in low-loss polymer waveguides(transmission loss<0.2 dB/cm)and anti-swelling microfluidic chips.Future efforts should focus on domestic synthesis of Z-type perfluoropolyether alcohols and validate their long-term stability in biomedical applications.关键词
