Abstract
Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets(HFLTS)can better reflect the opinions of experts in military evaluation.However,when the ranking preferences of different experts are the same but the nu-merical differences are large,existing distance metrics fail to accurately reflect the experts'actual opin-ions.To address this issue,a two-dimensional vector consisting of hesitation degree and semantic value is defined by incorporating the factor of projection values.The semantic vector distance for cross-granularity hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets is proposed.This distance is then applied to military evaluation based on the semantic vector distance of cross-granularity hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets,and its feasibility is validated through a relevant case study in large-scale group decision-making in military evaluation.关键词
