全固态Marx发生器的智能控制系统研究
Research on Intelligent Control System of All-Solid-State Marx Generator

Abstract
Control method based on A genetic algorithm optimized fuzzy PID for an all-solid-state Marx generator is proposed to address the problems of easy oscillation of the output pulse and slow response of the system in today's all-solid-state Marx generator.The hardware adopts phase-shifted full-bridge inverter circuit and Marx voltage-doubling cir-cuit.It combines a genetic algorithm-optimized fuzzy PID controller to optimize the quantization factor and the scaling factor to realize accurate pulse regulation in complex situations.The experimental results show that the generator can output pulse amplitude up to 10 kV,pulse rise time less than 200 ns,and repetition frequency up to 10 kHz when input-ting a 1 kV DC voltage.Compared with the fuzzy PID control,the genetic algorithm optimized fuzzy PID control im-proves the dynamic response speed and control accuracy of the system,which provides a new technical solution for the high-power pulse system.关键词
