加减生脉散合六味地黄丸辅治糖尿病疗效观察
Therapeutic efficacy of modified Shengmai Powder combined with Dihuang Wan with six flavors combined with oral antihyperglycemic drugs in treatment of diabetes mellitus

Abstract
To explore the curative effect of Shengmai Powder and Dihuang Wan with six flavors combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and dapagliflozintablets on overall treatment efficacy,glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and Chinese medicine symptom score in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(type 2 diabetes mellitus)and observe the incidence of adverse reactions.A total of 139 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,exclusion criteria resulted in 24 and 32 cases being removed from the observation and control groups,respectively.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(43 cases).The control group received a combination therapy of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and dapagliflozin tablets.The observation group received a combination therapy of Shengmai powder and Dihuang Wan with six flavors on the basis of the control group.Comparative analysis of therapeutic efficacy was performed between groups,encompassing total response rates,glycemic metabolic parameters,lipidmetabolic parameters,TCM syndrome evaluation scores,and treatment-emergent adverse events,with assessments conducted at both baseline and post-treatment phases.Post-intervention comparative analysis revealed statistically superior therapeutic efficacy in the observation cohort compared to controls,but there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 h PG in blood and TG,TC and LDL-C in serum were significantly decreased(P＜0.05).Post-interventional analysis revealed a statistically significant attenuation of TCM syndrome manifestations in the experimental cohort compared to controls.The between-group comparison of adverse reaction frequencies did not reach statistical significance(P＞0.05).Compared with western medicine alone,Shengmai Powder and Dihuang Wan with six flavors combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and dapagliflozintablets in the treatment of T2DM was comparable,which contributes to the improvement of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in patients with diabetes mellitus,as well as the improvement of symptoms associated with diabetes mellitus.关键词
