针刺联合腧穴点按治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Pressing in the Treatment of Post-Stroke Hemiplegic Shoulder Pain

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint pressing in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP).Methods A total of 84 patients diagnosed with HSP were enrolled from the Rehabilitation Medicine Department ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between January 2024 and December 2024.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received limb function rehabilitation training in addition to conventional treatment,while the observation group received acupuncture combined with acupoint pressing in addition to the control group's treatment.The treatment course for both groups was 4 weeks.The changes in the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score for pain and shoulder Range of Motion(ROM)were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Changes in the Fugl-Meyer Assessment for upper extremity(U-FMA)and the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores were compared before and after treatment in both groups.Results(1)During the study,3 patients were lost to follow-up in the observation group and 5 in the control group,resulting in 39 and 37 patients being included in the final analysis,respectively.(2)After treatment,VAS scores were significantly improved in both groups(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).(3)Shoulder ROM was significantly improved in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).(4)Furthermore,U-FMA and MBI scores were significantly improved in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvements in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint pressing can significantly alleviate shoulder pain,improve shoulder range of motion,and enhance limb motor function and activities of daily living in patients with post-stroke HSP.关键词
