Exploring the Regulatory Mechanism of the"Gut Microbiota-Mitochondria"Axis in Acupuncture Treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Based on the Theory of"Spleen Governing Transportation and Transformation"
摘要
Abstract
Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)is a complex disease characterized by persistent fatigue as the core symptom.The traditional Chinese medicine theory of"Spleen Governing Transportation and Transformation"provides a unique perspective for its treatment.This study establishes a theoretical model of"Spleen Governing Transportation and Transformation-Microbiota Homeostasis-Mitochondrial Energy Metabolism",proposing that acupuncture improves CFS through regulation of the"gut microbiota-mitochondria"axis,and analyzes the advantages and efficacy differences of acupuncture treatment.Results demonstrate that acupuncture can restore gut microbiota homeostasis,inhibit mitochondrial oxidative stress,and enhance mitochondrial ATP synthesis capacity,providing a new theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of CFS.关键词
