Clinical practice and progress of shared decision-making in cardiac interventional procedures
摘要
Abstract
Shared decision-making(SDM),as a collaborative process,emphasizes the partnership between patients(or their surrogate decision-makers)and clinicians in choosing treatment options that best align with the patient's preferences and val-ues.The advancement of cardiac interventional technology provides more therapeutic options for patients with cardiovascular diseases,but also increases the complexity of clinical decision-making.The application of SDM in cardiac interventional pro-cedures can enhance patients'degree of satisfaction and engagement,reduce decisional conflict,improve the quality of healthcare services,and lead to better health outcomes.This review systematically summerizes the application scenarios,implementation strategies,and core challenges of SDM in cardiac interventional procedures,with a focus on exploring its lo-calized development pathway within China's clinical practice environment.The goal is to promote the application of SDM in cardiac interventional therapy,thereby providing a practical framework for achieving patient-centered precision medicine.关键词
