Abstract
To address the challenges posed by the complex interconnections and high redundancies of spacecraft grounding systems which render traditional sneak circuit analysis methods inade-quate in accuracy constructing grounding system network trees,quantifying results,and achie-ving acceptable analysis efficiency,this paper proposes a sneak circuit analysis method that in-tegrates connectivityequivalent modeling with digital simulation.By defining a set of minimal ele-mental parameter models and their combinations,the proposed method employs digital models to construct the connectivity relationships and electrical characteristics of the grounding system.The method is suitable for extended application based on existing electrical system design and simulation platforms,thereby expanding the applicability of sneak circuit analysis to spacecraft grounding systems.While ensuring analytical correctness,the proposed method enables the inte-gration of grounding system design and sneak circuit analysis.Compared with the conventional serial workflow,where design and analysis are performed sequentially,it supports a more effi-cient parallel design and analysis verification mode,thereby improving overall analysis efficiency.The method has been validated through application to the grounding system of a spacecraft as-sembly.A comparison between the analysis results and measured data demonstrates that the pro-posed method can accurately identify existing sneak circuits within the grounding system.Com-pared with traditional sneak circuit analysis methods that rely on manual construction of network trees,the proposed method exhibits clear advantages in terms of quantitative analysis capabilities and analysis efficiency.关键词
