People-centered:The Value Stance for Further Comprehensive Deepening of Reform During the 15th Five-year Plan Period

Abstract
The people's stand is the fundamental stance for further comprehensive deepening of reform.From the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee's call for reform and opening up to the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee's clarification of the direction of comprehensive deepening reform,to the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee's decision on further comprehensive deepening reform,the CPC has consistently demonstrated its commitment to upholding the people-centered standpoint throughout the process of deepening reform.Adhering to the people-centered approach clarifies the value stance for the further comprehensive deepening of reform during the 15th Five-year Plan period,with the reform for the people,the reform relying on the people,the reform benefits shared by the people,and the reform outcomes evaluated by the people serving as the logical starting point,the source of motivation,the ultimate goal,and the evaluation standard for further comprehensive deepening reform.On the new journey,we should plan reform ideas from the perspective of safeguarding people's rights and interests in the overall layout of the"Five in One"coordinated promotion.Through deepening economic system reform,political system reform,cultural system reform,social system reform,and ecologi-cal civilization system reform,we should provide material security,political security,cultural foundation,social support,and environmental protection for creating a better life for the people.关键词
