摘要

Abstract

AuNi/G/ZIS composite photocatalysts were prepared by introducing graphene(G)and AuNi alloy nanoparticles onto the surface of ZnIn2S4(ZIS).The composites were characterized by technologies such as XRD,BET,SEM,TEM,XPS,UV-Vis DRS and electrochemical analyses.Photocatalytic performance of AuNi/G/ZIS in degrading Alizarin Red(AR)and tetracycline hydrochloride(TC),reducing Cr(Ⅵ),and treating industrial wastewater was evaluated under visible light irradiation.The results show that a 2D-2D composite structure is formed between ZIS and graphene,and AuNi nanoparticles are uniformly loaded onto the G/ZIS surface.AuNi/G/ZIS exhibits excellent photocatalytic oxidation and reduction performance:under the conditions of a solution volume of 120 mL and an AuNi/G/ZIS dosage of 50 mg,after 100 min of irradiation with a 300 W Xenon lamp,the removal rate of AR(50 mg/L)and TC(20 mg/L)is 98.2%and 95.2%,respectively;after 140 min of irradiation,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)(50 mg/L)is 92.2%;with a industrial wastewater volume of 120 mL and AuNi/G/ZIS dosage of 50 mg,after 300 min of photocatalytic treatment,the removal rate of COD and TOC is 86.4%and 91.6%,respectively.The synergistic effect of graphene and AuNi increases the specific surface area of ZIS,effectively suppresses the recombination of the photogenerated charges,and improves the photocatalytic performance of AuNi/G/ZIS.
