高纯石英砂的制备工艺研究进展
Research progress in preparation technology of high-purity quartz sand
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviewed the impurity occurrence states of high-purity quartz sand(HPQS)and the development of its purification technologies.It outlined the technical status,merits,and limitations of HPQS purification processes including crushing-grinding,roasting-water quenching,magnetic separation,flotation,acid leaching,chlorination roasting,and combined processes.The analysis demonstrates that system optimization and enhanced process compatibility are keys to overcoming technical bottlenecks in high-end HPQS preparation technology.Based on this,the prospects for its development are discussed,and it is pointed out that in-depth research on HPQS purification can be carried out in the following aspects:1)developing green and efficient processe systems,focusing on research and development of fluoride-free/low-fluoride acid leaching,bioleaching,and advanced flotation reagents to achieve green separation and efficient,low-energy comsumption purification;2)intensifying unit operations to achieve higher impurity liberation and removal rates;3)promoting the optimization and application of combined processes,and constructing customized integrated process systems tailored to the characteristics of different raw materials.关键词
