Abstract

Taking the production wastewater from a certain food industry as the object,a combined process of hydrolysis acidification-A/O contact oxidation-flocculation sedimentation-filtration-disinfection was adopted for treatment,with a designed treatment capacity of 500 m3/d.Under the conditions of the average influent COD of 487.07 mg/L,ρ(NH4+-N)of 43.83 mg/L,TN of 52.37 mg/L and TP of 4.98 mg/L,the treated average effluent COD,ρ(NH4+-N),TN and TP can be 40.86,4.24,11.38,and 0.24 mg/L,respectively.The average removal rate of COD,NH4+-N,TN and TP in the effluent is 91.61%,90.32%,78.27%and 95.18%,respectively.The effluent meets the first-level A standard stipulated in the GB 18918-2002.Since its official operation,this process has been running stably.Taking the treatment of 1 m3 of wastewater as an example,the operating cost was 1.95 yuan.
