摘要

Abstract

To improve the production efficiency and safety assurance service level of the Antarctic krill fishery,and to make up for the practical problem of the lack of fishery production information service system,the multi-layer architecture of browser/server(B/S)and WEBGIS technologies such as HTML5 and JavaScript are integrated to achieve real-time,functional integration and fast response speed.And an Antarctic krill fishery forecast system based on multi-source data is contructed.The system integrates 2010-2021 krill fishery production data,marine environment(sea surface temperature,chlorophyll,sea ice,wind field,air pressure,and ocean current),krill fishing vessel AIS position,and other types of data,and uses a data warehouse technology that effectively organizes and manages multi-granularity and multi-level heterogeneous multi-data,and applies the network technology and standards of the self-developed OceansLab(atmospheric and marine environment big data management visualization analysis platform)to construct a complete multi-layer architecture application system.The system includes a data layer,a fishery model,a calculation processing layer,an application support layer,and an application layer.Considering the performance of human-computer interaction and user experience,the system adopts WEBGIS,spatial information visualization,and spatial registration technology to realize the production of information products in the form of human-computer interaction.The integrated krill fishery forecast model realizes the automatic downloading,thematic map creation,and publishing functions of five sea state elements,including sea temperature,chlorophyll,current,sea ice,and wind field.This paper builds a comprehensive security service system for Antarctic krill fishery production through real-time or forecast sea state data and ship position data,which can monitor krill fishing vessels in real-time around the clock,provide marine environment maps and weather maps,and draw according to the principles of fishing vessel safety and production and user needs.Forecast charts are regularly sent to krill production vessels.The forecast map contains information such as sea ice,ocean current,sea temperature,wind speed,AIS ship position,etc.According to the forecast map,the sea conditions of the fishing ground,the location of the fishing ground,and the position of the fishing vessels can be analyzed,to provide timely and effective guarantee information for krill production ships and improve production.The release method is sent to the ship in the form of a thematic map or forecast map.The shore-based management personnel can check the krill ship's dynamics,fishery information,and meteorological safety information at any time through the computer version system,which is convenient for better management and command and dispatch of production ships.A refined prediction model for krill fishing grounds was constructed based on the tree extended naive Bayesian(TAN)model,with a prediction accuracy of 74.5%.At present,this system has realized operational operation and is the first comprehensive security service system for Antarctic krill fishery production in China and even in the world,providing a reliable system platform for sustainable utilization and safe production of fishery production.
