Abstract
In 2024,Dezhou City adhered to the principle of balancing flood control and drought relief,coordinating urban and rural water supply and flood.The city implemented various measures early,strictly,meticulously,and practically,effectively responding to the su mmer drought and heavy rainfall.This resulted in significant achievements of no disaster despite the drought signs and no major floods despite heavy rains.2024 is the first year of the optimization and adjustment of the city's flood and drought relief co mmand system.Based on the analysis of the city's drought and flood situation,the paper summarized the experiences in the construction of the flood control and relief system,the implementation of"four early"measures,the establishment of material and team systems,the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers,the scheduling of project,publicity,and drought relief water supply.It also put forward suggestions and opinions on the problems exposed in the response to heavy rainfall.关键词
