摘要
Abstract
Globally,the construction of water diversion projects has become a critical means to alleviate spatiotemporal imbalances in water resource distribution and coordinate regional economic quality and efficiency.By collecting and reviewing information on completed,ongoing,and planned inter-basin water transfer projects in other countries,their construction objectives,engineering routes,successful experiences,and challenges were analyzed.Based on these data and using comparative analysis,insights for constructing China's national water network infrastructure system were summarized from the perspectives of legal and institutional mechanisms,ecological and environmental protection,water supply contract signing,and integrated business development.This study aims to provide references for practitioners to achieve safe and resilient development of China's modern water network projects.关键词
