摘要
Abstract
This review summarizes the analytical and detection methods of saxitoxin and aconitine by liquid chromato-graphy-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).This review elaborates on the selection strategies of crude extraction and solid-phase extraction method for the two small-molecule toxins,as well as the effects of chromatographic column,mobile phase and buffer on the detection performance in LC-MS/MS analysis.Finally,this review offers insightful outlooks on the prospective research directions for the pretreatment of these two toxins.关键词
