摘要
Abstract
In July 2023,the Haihe River Basin experienced the heaviest rainstorm since the founding of the People's Republic of China, triggering mountain floods. Most sluices involved in flood discharge subsequently exhibited leakage problems.Taking the leakage treatment of the Sanjiadian River Control Sluice after the"23·7"event as a case study,full-process opening and closing tests and visual inspections of the gate and accessories were conducted.Six main causes of leakage were identified:gate structure, aging facilities, impact from floating debris during floods, and frequent operation.Measures such as restoring deformed gate panels using the flame straightening method(water-fire correction),replacing waterstops, applying anti-corrosion treatments, and repairing/replacing automation equipment were adopted to resolve the leakage.A new process combining flame straightening with hammer correction was applied to address gate deformation.Additionally, effective suggestions to reduce leakage were proposed, including optimizing flow scheduling, improving flood discharge plans, standardizing gate lifting operations, and innovating facility installation techniques, providing a reference for addressing leakage in similar gates.关键词
