Abstract

Ordinary seat belts will not lock immediately during braking,and the restraint on the driver is limited,so the seat belts are pulled out normally,and the response of the seat belts affects the driver's motion posture and reduce the protection effect of the restraint system in the collision stage.In order to study the response parameters of seat belts in braking stage and improve the development and testing method of active and passive occupant protection,three groups of seat belt response parameters at different initial braking speeds through brake trolley testing are studied,and a group of test data to build a simulation model and check the benchmark is selected,and two groups of simulation comparisons on the basis of meeting the benchmark accuracy are added.The test results show that the seat belt force is different with different initial braking speed,but the pull-out amount of the seat belt in the three tests is 30,29 and 28 mm respectively,and the corresponding head dislocation distance is 132,124 and 128 mm respectively,and the test difference is not obvious.The calibration accuracy of simulation and test results is above 90%,and the simulation model can reflect the pull-out amount of seat belt and the dislocation of dummy during the test.Finally,through the comparison of three groups of simulation results,it can be found that the later the seat belt locking time,the greater the pull-out amount,the smaller the shoulder strap force and belt force,and the greater the head dislocation.
