摘要

Abstract

For further improving the lifting performance of super-lift system on the stability of the telescopic boom of the construction crane,this paper proposes a scheme of arranging the reinforced cable on the basis of the Y-type super-lift system,which adopts the finite element method to compare and study the buckling stability of the reinforced super-lift system with one or more reinforced cables and the traditional Y-type super-lift system.The results show that the super-lift system with reinforced cables has a stronger effect on the buckling stability of the telescopic boom than the traditional Y-type super-liftsystem,the closer the reinforced cable is to the head of the telescopic boom,the better the buckling stability of the telescopic boom is improved,and the performance of one reinforced cable at the top is even better than that of two reinforced cables at the bottom.The performance of multiple reinforced cables is better than that of single or less than multiple reinforced cables at the same position.With the increase of the buckling stability of the telescopic boom,the maximum deformation of the telescopic boom becomes smaller and smaller.
