摘要
Abstract
The detection rate of pulmonary nodules is increasingly higher with certain risks of malignancy to some extent,which warrants due clinical attention.Based on the Tonifying and Supplementing Simultaneously theory,FENG Yi holds that pulmonary nodules belong to deficiency in origin and excess in manifestation,whose pathogenesis involves dual deficiency of lung and spleen with phlegm-blood stasis intermingling.The treatment should focus on tonifying the lung,fortifying the spleen,resolving phlegm and dispelling stasis.He created the Qihong Tongluo Decoction which has achieved remarkable clinical efficacy.This article introduces FENG Yi's clinical experience and typical medical cases in treating pulmonary nodules with Tonifying and Supplementing Simultaneously approach,aiming to provide references for clinical practice.关键词
