养血安胎方对复发性流产患者子宫内膜容受性、性激素及血栓前状态的影响
Effect of Yangxue Antai Prescription on Endometrium Receptivity,Sex Hormone and Pre-thrombotic State in Patients with Recurrent Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yangxue Antai Prescription on endometrial receptivity,sex hormones and pre-thrombotic status in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods:A total of 68 patients with Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the conventional group(34 cases)and the study group(34 cases)according to random number table method.The conventional group was treated with western medicine,while the study group was treated with Yangxue Antai Prescription on the basis of the conventional group,and the treatment lasted until 12 weeks of gestation.Follow-up until the end of pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes were recorded.Endometrial receptivity,sex hormone levels,coagulation indexes and fibrinolysis indexes were compared before and after treatment.Results:The survival rate of the study group was 88.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(67.65%)(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness increased,and artery resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)decreased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Estrogen(E2),progesterone(P)and Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels in two groups were increased,and the levels in study group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT),prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)increased in both groups.The study group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of fibrinogen(Fbg)and D-Dimer(D-D)were decreased in both groups,and antithrombin(AT)was elevated,which was higher in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue Antuan Prescription can enhance endometrial receptivity,increase sex hormone level and improve the pre-thrombotic state of patients with recurrent abortion.关键词
