清肝汤联合舒肝宁治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效评价
Evaluation of Therapeutic Efficacy of Qinggan Decoction Combined with Shuganning in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Decoction combined with Shuganning in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:This study enrolled 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Anyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2021 and June 2024 were randomly divided into study group(treated with Qinggan Decoction combined with Shuganning)and control group(treated with Shuganning alone),50 cases in each group.After 1 month of treatment,clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,liver function,hepatitis B viral markers,ultrasound indices and adverse reactions were compared.Results:A significantly higher total effective rate was observed in the study group compared to the control group(94.00%vs 74.00%,P<0.01).TCM symptom scores,ALT,AST,TBIL,HBV-DNA,HBsAg,HBeAg and liver stiffness measurement(LSM)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shen's Qinggan Decoction combined with Shuganning can improve efficacy,relieve symptoms and liver function with good safety,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
