中医药院校教师思政与学生思政贯通路径探析
Analysis on the Paths of Ideology and Politics between Teachers and Students in Chinese Medicine Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Building a comprehensive system of ideological and political education between teachers and students is an important aspect of talent cultivation in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The construction of the system is based on the practical explorations of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine.Its construction and implementation closely around the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent,based on the characteristics and advantages of TCM,dreg the pattern of relative separation of various links and departments.Based on the characteristics of growth and development among faculty and students in TCM colleges and universities,a new framework for ideological and political education will be established.This framework will focus on four key areas that integrate teaching and learning:streamlining collaborative mechanisms,innovating training models,strengthening faculty development,and refining evaluation systems.It aims to foster a dynamic,interactive,and multidimensional approach to ideological and political education that benefits both teachers and students.关键词
