Abstract
In this paper,static load tests were carried out to comparatively study the differences in the static mechanical properties of a prestressed concrete composite slab with steel-tube truss(PK3 slab)and two different ultra high-performance concrete(UHPC)new combined rib prestressed concrete composite slabs(TY slab).The test was conducted by loading step by step to observe the crack development,deflection deformation,reinforcement truss strain,and strain of the slab bottom under loading conditions at all levels.A systematic comparative analysis was carried out on the crack resistance,load-deflection trends,and reinforcement truss strain conditions of the various prefabricated slabs during the deformation process.The test results show that compared with the PK3 slab,the TY slab has a smaller crack width and slower crack propagation rate under the same load,which shows obvious advantages in crack control.The deflection of the TY slab is also obviously smaller than that of the PK3 slab,which shows good bending capacity.For different types of TY slab,it is found that the trapezoidal truss-type TY slab shows better mechanical properties compared with ordinary steel truss-type TY slab.Through the verification of crack control and stiffness of the TY slab in this experimental study,it is an excellent and ideal prefabricated assembled composite slab.关键词
