Safety Risk Assessment for Subgrade Stability of Heavy-haul Railways in Seasonal Frozen Regions

Abstract
To achieve a multi-element quantitative assessment of the safety and stability of heavy-haul railway subgrades in seasonally frozen regions,this paper analyzed the sources of risk-induced damages and proposed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for operation period by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy mathematics theory.A safety risk evaluation index system for heavy-haul railway subgrades in seasonally frozen regions was established,comprising 6 first-level influencing factors and 23 second-level influencing factors.The expert scoring method was adopted to quantify and rate each factor.Based on the evaluation results from the Ningwu section of the Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,the score is determined to be 9.22,which complies with relevant technical specifications and guarantees train operational safety.关键词
