抗血小板药物的基因多态性与血管性事件的相关性研究进展
Research progress on the correlation between gene polymorphism of antiplatelet drugs and vascular events
摘要
Abstract
Antiplatelet therapy is the cornerstone of the treatment of ischemic stroke, which can reduce the risk of stroke recurrence and mortality. However, there are significant individual differences in response to antiplatelet agents among different patients, and genetic polymorphisms are recognized as a key factor affecting efficacy and safety.Effects and mechanisms of polymorphisms in genes such as CYP2C19,ABCB1,PON1,PEAR1,and CYP4F2 on antiplatelet drug metabolism, targets of action, and clinical outcomes remain to be explored.Additionally, functional tests and genetic assays for antiplatelet drugs can help identify patients with potential platelet resistance.Personalized antiplatelet therapy guided by these test results has demonstrated promising benefits in reducing stroke recurrence, although further high-quality,evidence-based research is required to support its widespread application. This article reviews recent advances in research on genetic polymorphisms of antiplatelet drugs and their association with vascular events, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and research direction for the development of personalized antiplatelet therapy in ischemic stroke.关键词
