苓桂术甘汤治疗心衰作用机制研究
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)in Treating Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Heart failure is a disease caused by various etiologies,which lead to changes in heart structure or function.Due to the limitations of current technology,it is difficult to completely cure.The clinical readmission rate is high and the prognosis is poor.In order to improve the cardiac function index of patients and maintain current quality of life of patients,the application of combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment has gradually become the preferred option for clinicians and patients.The related mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in improving symptoms of heart failure has also become an important direction of scholars in recent years.In the treatment of heart failure,the reasons for the improvement of symptoms are related to the inhibition myocardial fibrosis,the prevention of excessive activation of inflammatory response,and the alleviation of oxidative stress response and other mechanisms.As a classic prescription created by ZHANG Zhongjing,Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.In the literature of Linggui Zugan Decoction in the treatment of heart failure,the related mechanisms of its therapeutic effect can be summarized into the following aspects:regulating blood lipid,regulating cell autophagy,regulating cell apoptosis and pyroptosis,regulating transforming growth factor,regulating inflammatory cytokines and so on.The above related mechanisms cover a variety of different pathways.Through these signaling pathways,the main active ingredients of Linggui Zhugan Decoction can play a role in protecting myocardial cells,and then the cardiac function index of patients with heart failure and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure.Moreover,the relevant studies of Linggui Zhugan Decoction in the treatment of heart failure in the past years have shown that its effective rate is high and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.关键词
