Compensation for grinding error of hot forging die for pump body parts in intelligent connected vehicles
摘要
Abstract
Taking the pump body parts of intelligent connected vehicles as the research object,aiming at the problems of errors caused by sudden curvature changes and tool workpiece pose deviation due to multi field coupling during grinding of its hot forging die,and the difficulty of effectively eliminating pose errors with traditional compensation methods,a laser displacement sensor is used to collect position information.Combined with an error recognition method based on multi-layer perceptron and an error compensation model based on(Proportional Integral Derivative,PID)regulation,the machine tool motion parameters are dynamically adjusted to achieve error compensation control of hot forging die grinding.The experimental results show that after applying this method,the contour error of the hot forging die is stable at±0.01 mm,the surface roughness of the die is reduced to±0.8μm,and the coefficient of variation(CV)of the grinding process is controlled below 20%.关键词
