The Operational Mechanism,Practical Challenges and Resolution Paths of Digital Technology Empowering Scientific Decision-Making

Abstract
With the widespread application of digital technology in the field of public governance,the level of intelligence in scientific decision-making has significantly improved.Based on a system perspective,this paper deeply analyzes the operational mechanism of digital technology empowering scientific decision-making,covering comprehensive data-driven information collection,efficient data processing through intelligent analysis,precise decision support through model prediction,collaborative decision-making optimization through cross departmental collaboration,and real-time monitoring and transparency of policy implementation.Although digital technology can significantly improve the comprehensiveness,efficiency,and accuracy of decision-making,it also faces practical challenges such as insufficient digital literacy of decision-makers,difficulty in system integration,limited information sharing,data security risks,and imbalanced investment returns.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen training and education,promote technology integration,improve data sharing mechanisms,establish a security guarantee system,and optimize resource allocation to achieve multidimensional collaborative efforts for high-quality development of digital governance,continuously promote the deep integration of digital technology and scientific decision-making,and thus achieve intelligent and efficient public management.关键词
