思政导引下医学生解剖技能与职业素养双提升机制的研究
Research on the Dual Enhancement Mechanism of Med-ical Students'Anatomical Skills and Professional Com-petence under the Guidance of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract
To further investigate the impact of ideological and political education integrated into anatomy teaching re-form on students'learning attitudes,practical skills in anato-my,and the cultivation of professional sentiments,this study selected students from the 2020 grade of the Clinical Medicine and Medical Imaging programs at Inner Mongo-lia Medical University as the research subjects.The study employed an anatomy experimental and theoretical teach-ing method based on the ideological and political education integrated teaching model.The goal of incorporating ideo-logical and political elements into the teaching design in the classroom was to integrate socialist core values,medi-cal professional spirit,and humanistic care into the anato-my classroom,ensuring that ideological and political ele-ments run through both anatomy experiments and theoreti-cal classes,achieving a multi-unified approach of value guidance,knowledge imparting,and the cultivation of stu-dents'practical abilities in anatomy.Throughout the pro-cess of integrating ideological and political elements into teaching,under the guidance of ideological and political ed-ucation,not only can students'anatomy operation and clini-cal practice training be strengthened,but also their aware-ness of respecting life,teamwork,and ethical responsibility can be enhanced.Moreover,the influence on students'learning attitudes,practical skills in anatomy experiments,and the cultivation of professional sentiments was scientifi-cally evaluated through a combination of questionnaires and examination scores.The results showed that the anato-my teaching based on the ideological and political educa-tion integrated teaching model effectively enhanced stu-dents'interest and enthusiasm in learning,and effectively strengthened students'practical operation skills in anatomy and professional sentiments.This study provides a good teaching model for medical basic courses to achieve the consistency of"moral education and talent cultivation"in teaching methods,and offers relevant theoretical basis and teaching experience for the promotion of the ideological and political education integrated teaching model.关键词
