针刺联合语言康复训练治疗脑出血后失语患者作用机制研究
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Acupuncture Combined with Language Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Aphasia Patients After Cerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
This study investigated the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training on patients with aphasia after cerebral haemorrhage.Cerebral haemorrhage is a serious neurological disease,and aphasia,as a common complication,significantly affects patients'language function and quality of life.Although the traditional language rehabilitation training can improve the patients'language ability to a certain extent,it often faces the problem of poor effect.Acupuncture therapy,as a traditional treatment method in Chinese medicine,has achieved some efficacy in the field of neurological rehabilitation by stimulating specific acupoints and regulating the function of the nervous system.This study proposes to combine acupuncture therapy with modern language rehabilitation training to enhance patients'language function and overall rehabilitation effects by activating neural pathways and promoting nerve regeneration and repair.The results of the study show that acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training has significant efficacy in restoring speech function,improving quality of life and promoting neurological rehabilitation.Acupuncture treatment provided an effective nerve repair pathway by regulating the release of neurotransmitters,improving blood circulation in the brain,and reducing neuroinflammation,while speech rehabilitation training further enhanced the patients'language ability.The comprehensive treatment not only enhanced the patients'verbal expression and comprehension,but also improved his social function and psychological state,and enhanced his quality of life.In addition,the patients'overall neurological function was restored with a low complication rate.This treatment protocol provides a new and effective treatment option for patients with aphasia after cerebral haemorrhage and provides a useful reference for relevant clinical practice.关键词
